RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURN
You can return your item upon 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to include your order number silvanaccessories@gmail.com for more information on how to process a return.

Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do  not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.

Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer. In-store return is acceptable, please contact info@silvanboutique.com for more information

Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid.
Sale items sales are final and we cannot refund this.

If you have damaged your items or the show signs of wear we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resealable condition.

We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by express service. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Any price difference caused by reordering will not be price-matched.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at silvanaccessories@gmail.com.

FAULTY GOODS

 All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.

 If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via silvanaccessories@gmail.com attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of delivery status shown as delivered.
