SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all items by the next 5 working days. Any orders received  Friday will be shipped on Monday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)

Clients are responsible to follow up on shipped orders.

Silvan cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please contact the delivery company in any delay. Please note that in such cases, you can get the most accurate information from the delivery company.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customs clearance, holiday sales and other sales activities may delay the shipping process, please expect reasonable delay upon purchase.

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), client will be responsible to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the estimated duty amounts. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
