The founder & CEO of Silvan Boutique, Cecilia, was looking for an affordable pair of earrings to boost her confidence for a dream company interview and she noticed it was hard to find one. That inspired her to start a brand servicing all office ladies, or the ones who need more encouragement to thrive at work.
